In addition, SUR designed and implemented a conveyor system spanning approximately 330 linear meters with variable speeds, controlled by a centralized electrical cabinet featuring:
• DANFOSS variable speed drives
• A RITTAL air conditioning unit
• A SIEMENS PLC (110 inputs and 106 outputs)
• A 15-inch HMI with various menus, including:
- Line speed settings
- Remote control and overall conveyor status monitoring
- Power consumption calculation
- Energy-saving solution via automatic stop when no cartons are present
- Line carton counters
For the line's commissioning, our team oversaw the assembly, wiring, and testing of the installation, and provided training for the client's personnel.
